Can I get a refund?

Please contact us so that we can address any problems you may be having with Astropad.

If you'd still like a refund, the process varies depending on how you purchased:

  • If you purchased via Apple's App Store, you will need to get in contact with Apple. Unfortunately, they handle all App Store billing and we are unable to issue refunds. Please visit this support document from Apple on how to request a refund.
  • If you purchased via our web store, please contact support@astro-hq.com so we can issue a refund.
